Are you looking for an exclusive wheelset for your BMW R1300GS, R1250GS or R1200GS? Our combination of anodized Excel Takasago aluminum rims and precisely CNC-machined HAAN hubs offers you the perfect blend of extreme stability, individual aesthetics, and first-class performance.
Your Configuration Options
Each wheelset is custom-made for you. You have a choice of the following components:
- Rim Hoops: Excel Takasago (7000 series alloy), available in sizes 3.0x19" or 2.15x21" (incl. adapted ABS ring!) as well as 3.0x17 or 4.5x17" or 5.0x17" (rear). Color anodized to your choice.
- Hubs: HAAN Wheels, CNC-machined from high-strength 6082 T6 aluminum, color anodized.
- Spokes: Heavy-duty stainless steel – up to 30% stronger than original spokes.
- Nipples: Optionally steel or color anodized aluminum for maximum durability and individual look.
- Option: Also available as a tubeless version.
Technical Highlights & Advantages
- Plug & Play: Your original brake discs and ABS ring can be used directly.
- System Compatibility: ABS and traction control remain fully functional.
- RDC Support: Compatible with original BMW tire pressure sensors (except 21" front wheel).
- Robustness: Excel rims are extremely resistant to deformation, ideal for tough off-road use.
- Weight Advantage: High-strength materials ensure an optimal weight-to-stability ratio.
Important Information & Notes
- Custom Order: As each wheel is custom-made according to customer specifications, this item is excluded from the right of withdrawal for private customers.
- The EXCEL rim hoops are highly polished and anodized in the visible area, with production-related manufacturing marks in the rim bed being completely covered by tires and rim tape. The weld seam in the outer area may be more prominent, especially with gold and blue colors; this is not a defect but is technically unavoidable.
- The rims are marked with a DOT number and can be registered via individual approval, with the final decision resting with the respective expert.
- For customers from Switzerland, a certificate of conformity can be issued, enabling smooth registration of the wheels.
- Service Option: Do you want to keep your original hubs? We also offer a spoke service with new Excel hoops and reinforced spokes on your existing hubs.
