Looking for the ultimate upgrade for your Aprilia Tuareg 660? Our high-end spoked wheels offer the perfect combination of technical precision, maximum stability, and individual aesthetics. Whether for tough off-road use, demanding adventure rallies, or international rally raid events – these wheel sets are manufactured to professional standards.
From the Bosnia Rally and Hellas Rally to the Dinaric Rally and Albania Rally or the legendary Rallye Breslau – our setup has been tested for the toughest conditions. Even for extreme desert races like the Morocco Desert Challenge, the Africa Eco Race, or the Dakar Rally, these Rally Wheels provide the necessary reliability.
Technical Highlights & Features
We offer various configurations, with a focus on the extremely robust Faba RX rims. These are custom-made according to your specifications:
- CNC-milled Hubs: High-quality, anodized aluminum hubs for maximum precision on your Aprilia Tuareg 660.
- Faba RX Rim Rings with Hump: These special Faba rim rings made of high-strength 7000 alloy allow for safe tubeless riding off-road.
- Optional High-End Rims: Alternatively, we offer variants with legendary DID DirtStar or Excel Wheels for extreme Rally Raid use.
- Alpina Raggi S.p.A. Spokes: Double-butted spokes offer maximum tensile strength with optimized weight, ideal for rally navigation in difficult terrain.
- Reinforced ALPINA Spokes: Our wheel sets exclusively use high-strength ALPINA spokes made of carbon steel. Depending on the configuration, the extremely high-tensile ECOZINC spokes (3.5 – 4/3.5/4) or the black electrophoretic coated spokes are used. We deliberately avoid stainless steel, as it does not achieve the superior strength of our carbon steel variants.
- Patented Nipple Systems for DID Wheels: The use of Alpina Autoblock nipples prevents spokes from loosening during the extreme vibrations of an Iberian Rally or Sardegna Rally.
- Full Compatibility: The rear wheel hubs are cushioned and fit directly onto your original sprocket carrier. With the FaBa variant, a CNC-milled sprocket carrier with matching shock absorber rubbers is even included!
- Your original brake discs and ABS ring remain fully usable.

- Custom Manufacturing: Each wheel set for your Aprilia Tuareg 660 Adventure is custom-made. Please note the corresponding delivery time.
- Approval: The rims have a DOT number. Registration via individual approval is usually possible with TÜV.
- Area of Use: Perfectly tuned for adventure bike rallies like the Tuareg Rally, Sonora Rally, or the Abu Dhabi Desert Challenge.
