Optimize your Aprilia Tuareg 660 for maximum off-road performance. Whether it's the standard model or the Rally edition – our custom wheel set with Excel Takasago rim rings and CNC-machined HAAN hubs offers the necessary stability for the toughest tracks and fastest stages.

- HAAN Hubs: CNC-machined from high-strength 6082 T6 aluminum and high-quality anodized for a perfect look and durability.
- High-Performance Spokes: Specially alloyed spokes for maximum tensile strength, up to 30% stronger than the original spokes.
- Plug & Play: The original brake discs and ABS ring of your Tuareg 660 can be reused directly.
- Full Electronics Compatibility: ABS and traction control remain fully functional.
- Tubeless Option: Optionally available for tubeless operation (BARTUBELESS) – ideal for quick tire changes and puncture resistance.
Configuration Options & Dimensions
We custom-make your wheel set to fit the Tuareg 660:
- Rally/Off-road Setup: Optimized widths for precise tracking in sand and rough terrain.
- Individual Color Choice: Hubs, nipples, and rim rings can be color-matched to the Aprilia "Indigo Tagelmust" or "Acid Gold" design.
- Handcrafted: Each wheel set is individually spoked and trued to order for you.
Important Notes on Approval & Installation
- Custom Order: Since each wheel is custom-made according to customer wishes, this item is excluded from the right of withdrawal for private customers.
- The EXCEL rim rings are highly polished and anodized in the visible area, with production-related manufacturing marks in the rim bed being completely covered by the tire and rim tape. The weld seam on the outer area can be more pronounced, especially with gold and blue colors; this is not a defect but technically unavoidable.
- The rims are marked with a DOT number and can be registered via individual inspection, with the final decision resting with the respective expert.
- For customers from Switzerland, a certificate of conformity can be issued, allowing for trouble-free registration of the wheels.
- Service Option: Do you want to keep your original hubs? We also offer a spoking service with new Excel rings and reinforced spokes on your existing hubs.
