Honda CRF300L / Rally High-Performance Wheel Set | Excel & HAAN
Optimize your Honda CRF300L or CRF300L Rally for uncompromising off-road use. Our custom-made wheel set with Excel Takasago rim rings and CNC-milled HAAN hubs eliminates the weaknesses of the stock wheels and offers maximum stability with low weight.

- HAAN Hubs: CNC-milled in the Netherlands from 6082 T6 aluminum and high-quality anodized
- High-Performance Spokes: Specially alloyed spokes that are significantly stronger than the original equipment and can withstand even harsh impacts.
- Plug & Play: The hubs are designed so that original brake discs, ABS rings, and the sprocket can continue to be used directly.
- Full System Integration: The ABS system remains fully functional.
- Tubeless Option: Optionally available with the BARTUBELESS system for tubeless operation – ideal for long-distance travel.

We custom-make your wheel set to fit the CRF300L series:
- Off-Road Setup: Classic 21-inch front and 18-inch rear combination for optimal off-road performance.
- Individual Color Choice: Design your wheels to match the Honda look with red hubs, black rims, and anodized nipples.
- Precision Work: Each wheel set is individually spoked and perfectly trued for you after order placement.
Important Notes on Approval & Installation
- Custom-Made: Since each wheel is manufactured individually according to customer specifications, this item is excluded from the right of withdrawal for private customers.
- The EXCEL rim rings are highly polished and anodized in the visible area, with production-related manufacturing marks in the rim bed being completely covered by tires and rim tape. The weld seam on the outside can be more noticeable, especially with gold and blue colors; this does not constitute a defect but is technically unavoidable.
- The rims are marked with a DOT number and can be registered by individual approval, with the final decision resting with the respective expert.
- For customers from Switzerland, a certificate of conformity can be issued, allowing for problem-free registration of the wheels.
- Service Option: Do you want to keep your original hubs? We also offer a spoking service with new Excel rings and reinforced spokes on your existing hubs.
