The combination of extremely durable Excel Takasago rim rings and CNC-machined Haan Performance hubs provides the perfect foundation for any terrain – be it hard enduro, motocross, or rally. Each wheel is precisely built to your specifications to guarantee the highest accuracy and a premium look.
Technical Details & Components
- Rim rings: Excel rim rings, made from high-strength 7000 series aluminum, shiny anodized and with DOT number.
- Haan Hubs: CNC-machined from 6082 T6 aluminum, triple-bearing with high-quality Koyo bearings for maximum lifespan.
- Spokes: High-strength INOX stainless steel spokes, rust-free and extremely durable for maximum stiffness.
- Nipples: Optionally in steel or colored anodized aluminum.
- Drilling: Specifically drilled for optimal space between brake caliper and spokes.
- Assembly: Plug & Play solution – your original brake discs and sprockets can be reused directly.

- Hubs: Large selection of anodized colors (matching KTM, Husqvarna, GasGas, Rieju, Yamaha, Honda etc.).
- Spokes: Silver (natural) or Black burnished.
- Nipples: Silver, Black, Red, Blue, Gold, Orange or Green.
Important Information & Notes
- Custom Order: Since each wheel is custom-made according to customer specifications, this item is excluded from the right of withdrawal for private customers.
- The EXCEL rim rings are highly polished and anodized in the visible area, with production-related manufacturing marks in the rim bed being completely covered by tires and rim tape. The weld seam in the outer area can be more prominent, especially with gold and blue colors; this is not a defect but is technically unavoidable.
- The rims are marked with a DOT number and can be registered by individual approval, with the final decision resting with the respective expert.
- For customers from Switzerland, a declaration of conformity can be issued, enabling easy registration of the wheels.
- Service Option: Do you want to keep your original hubs? We also offer spoke lacing services with new Excel rings and reinforced spokes on your existing hubs.
