Spoked Wheels with Excel Rims & Haan Hubs – for KOVE 800 RALLY
Our motorcycle spoked wheels combine Excel Takasago or Excel A60 Extra Strong Rims with CNC-machined Haan Hubs made from high-quality 6082-T6 Aluminum. The rims are made from high-strength 7000 series aluminum and are available in various anodized color options.
The triple-bearing hub with Koyo or SKF bearings creates a particularly robust, precise, and durable wheel that excels both in off-road use and on the road. Ideal for KOVE 800 Rally!
Technical Highlights:
- Rims: Excel Takasago OR Excel A60 – made from forged aluminum (7000 series alloy), color anodized
- Hub: Haan, CNC-machined from solid block (6082 T6), triple-bearing with brand bearings (Koyo / SKF)
- Spokes: 36 pieces, stainless steel (INOX), up to 30% stronger than OEM spokes – optionally silver or black oxidized
- Nipples: Available in steel or aluminum, in various colors
Plug & Play – no modifications required:
- Original brake discs & sprockets can still be used
- No custom fabrication or adjustments to the vehicle necessary (if original wheel size is used)
- Only suitable for RALLY with one front brake disc!
Important Information & Notes
- Custom Order: As each wheel is custom-made according to customer requirements, this item is excluded from the right of withdrawal for private customers.
- The EXCEL rims are highly polished and anodized in the visible area, with production-related manufacturing marks in the rim well being completely covered by tires and rim tape. The weld seam in the outer area may be more prominent, especially with gold and blue colors; this does not constitute a defect but is technically unavoidable.
- The rims are marked with a DOT number and can be registered by individual inspection, with the final decision resting with the respective expert.
- For customers from Switzerland, a declaration of conformity can be issued, allowing for problem-free registration of the wheels.
- Service Option: Do you want to keep your original hubs? We also offer spoke lacing service with new Excel rims and reinforced spokes on your existing hubs.
